Karisa Chiu to Participate in the Singapore International Violin Competition

Karisa Chiu, finalist of the Classic Violin Olympus, will take part in the upcoming Singapore International Violin Competition. We warmly congratulate her on this step and wish her every success.

Launched in June 2014, the Singapore International Violin Competition is held on a triennial basis and was conceived as a landmark cultural initiative for Singapore and the international music community. Since its inception, the competition has established itself as a major platform for outstanding young violinists, bringing together exceptional talent from around the world.

The competition is dedicated to supporting the continued growth and vitality of classical music, while offering participants the rare opportunity to perform in Singapore’s world-class concert venues, alongside the national orchestra and within the environment of an internationally renowned music conservatory. Its unique artistic setting and high professional standards make it a particularly significant milestone in a young musician’s career.
