Finalists Revealed for the 2025 Classic Violin Olympus Grand Finale
Twelve outstanding violinists from around the world have been announced as finalists for the 2025 Classic Violin Olympus Grand Finale, set to take place in Dubai this April, marking the culmination of a groundbreaking global competition.
The highly anticipated lineup of finalists for the 2025 Classic Violin Olympus Grand Finale in Dubai has been unveiled, featuring 12 extraordinary violinists from across the globe. These elite musicians, selected through rigorous preselection rounds, will compete in April 2025 for the title and their share of the €310,000 prize fund.

“The talent we’ve seen throughout this competition is truly remarkable,” said Konstantin Ishkhanov, President of Classic Violin Olympus. “Each finalist embodies exceptional artistry and dedication, and I’m honored to welcome them to the Grand Finale in Dubai.”
The journey to the Grand Finale began in March 2024, with preselection rounds held in Tokyo, Vienna, New York, London, Rome, and Dubai. Each round showcased 20 talented violinists, narrowing the field to just two finalists per location. A distinguished jury led by Jury Chairman Pavel Vernikov carefully evaluated each performance, ensuring only the best advanced.
The 2025 Grand Finale promises an innovative six-phase programme, featuring solo and ensemble performances, orchestral works, and an interactive Q&A with a jury of 25 esteemed musicians.
“The Classic Violin Olympus is redefining classical music competitions,” said Vernikov, who also serves as Artistic Director. “With this groundbreaking format and exceptional participants, the Grand Finale is set to be a thrilling celebration of violin mastery.”
The world now turns its eyes to Dubai, where these 12 extraordinary musicians will compete for the ultimate accolade in violin artistry.
