The remaining 11 finalists will each be awarded €10,000 in prize money. Moreover, beyond the monetary rewards, the competition also offers invaluable opportunities for exposure and career advancement, with members of the 25-person jury board, which is exclusively made up of preeminent conductors and directors of acclaimed orchestras, festivals and concert series, set to offer a number of finalists at Classic Violin Olympus the unique opportunity of performing live on stage at one of their upcoming concerts.
Special Prize
In addition to the regular prizes, Classic Violin Olympus is also pleased to offer a variety of Special Prizes to recognise different achievements and accomplishments. These include a €10,000 Special Prize for the Best Performance of Alexey Shor, as well as an additional Special Prize for the winner of the competition, who will be taking home a spectacular Stradivari model violin specially crafted by the violinmaker Fabio Piagentini.
