A celebrated virtuoso, Soyoung has triumphed at many of the world’s most prestigious  violin competitions. She is a 1st prize winner of the International Henryk Wieniawski  Violin Competition, the Yehudi Menuhin International Competition for Young  Violinists, the International Violin Competition ‘Tibor Varga’, and the David Oistrakh  International Violin Competition. Additionally, she is a prize winner at the Queen  Elisabeth Competition, the International Tchaikovsky Competition, and the  International Violin Competition of Indianapolis, affirming her position as one of the  leading violinists of her generation.
